Enjoy access to all the comforts of our beachfront condo! You'll have private access to the entire condo unit, including the bedroom with two queen beds, the living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. Step outside onto your private ocean-view balcony to soak in the stunning views. Guests also have access to shared amenities, including the seasonal community pool (typically open late May through early September) and multiple outdoor decks. Beach essentials, like chairs, are provided for your convenience. Off-street parking for one vehicle and ample free street parking are also available. The coin-operated washer and dryer are available in a common space.

Nestled in the heart of Wildwood Crest, our condo offers unparalleled access to the best of the Jersey Shore. You're just steps away from the pristine beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. A short stroll north or south along the beachfront brings you to a variety of casual dining options, from classic boardwalk fare to fresh seafood restaurants. For those looking for a bit more action, the Wildwood Boardwalk is a short drive away (approximately 5-10 minutes), offering amusement parks, arcades, and a vibrant nightlife. Within a few blocks, you'll find convenient shops for groceries, beach supplies, and souvenirs. The neighborhood is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and relaxed vibe, making it an ideal vacation destination.



Getting Around:

Getting around our beachfront condo is a breeze! You'll find convenient access to public transportation options nearby. While Wildwood Crest is easily walkable, the NJ Transit bus system offers routes throughout the island and to neighboring towns. The closest bus stop is within a short walk from the condo. For those arriving by plane, Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. Parking is available: you have off-street parking for one vehicle, plus ample free street parking. This makes exploring the island and surrounding areas by car simple and convenient. Whether you're planning a day trip to the Wildwood Boardwalk or exploring the Cape May County Park & Zoo, getting around from our condo is easy.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.



SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
