The game room is fully stocked and ready to play! Enjoy Pac Man, Foosball, Darts, and a wide selection of board games. Fun for the whole family!

All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.

The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, single cup & drip coffee maker, dishwasher and oven with electric range. Laundry room equipped with washer, dryer and iron is located just off the kitchen.

There is a deck located off of the kitchen that opens onto a nice-sized fenced-in yard. Responsible pet owners are welcome! It’s more fun traveling with the whole family. Please let us know about your dog when booking. We ask that you kennel your dog when unattended and to please keep them off beds and furniture.

You can expect a clean, fully equipped space, and responsive communication from your host.

There is a train that runs near this home, you may hear the train at times but the horn does not usually blow. We have provided sound machines in each room that cut out a good deal of the noise if needed. Ear plugs are also available!

** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

The home wasn’t as nice as it was portrayed in the listing. The home is in pretty rough condition and we were pretty shocked whenever we first checked in to find the house as beat up as it was. It was nice to be able to have everyone stay under the same roof and have the entertainment, but we could’ve stayed at a much nicer house without the game room for 40 less a night. They are “strict” on checkout times and keep communicating trying to turn the house around to get the next people in, but we showed up at check in time and had to wait on the cleaners to leave. Would definitely be worth the time to inspect the home and clean the place up instead of flipping it as quickly as possible. Attached pictures are upon arrival.

This home was perfect for my friends and I! We love the deck and the backyard space in general, took advantage of the game room and even sat on the front porch for awhile. We had 8 ladies all together and fit comfortably.

Long -standing coffee group of 8 women saying good-bye to one of our own as she moves to Seattle. Perfect setting. The house was immaculate. We loved the original wood flooring. The bathrooms with walk-in showers were perfect. We drank wine on the back deck and played games at the dining room table. Snax and dog biscuits were provided. (We did not have a dog). The zip-log bag holder was very fancy.Some of us will be back.

Yard & Gameroom= BLAST

Kids played baseball in the backyard and it was completely fenced in, and we could see them from the kitchen. The game room was perfect for cousins (age 2-6). Everyone had a blast with the games. Kids even played nintendo and watched movies upstairs. This is a great home for family. We were hesitant of the location we stayed in BUT had no issues with neighbors. The house is an older home and had very steep stairs but Grandparents stayed on the main floor. The host provided essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, extra towels, extra bedding, ans extra blankets. I really appreciate it. The sound machines in every room were very useful. It was hot and humid outside but the house stayed nice and cool. Around 10:30 pm a train would go by but didnt disturb us. Had a lovely time with family. Host responded quickly to our questions and concerns.

Great for Family get togethers!

We met extended family at this home for New Years Eve weekend. There was entertainment and space for all ages (2y-75y). Grandparents stayed on the main level to avoid stairs. The game room kept our elementary age kids entertained. There was space for 8 around a table and nearby restaurants for a night out. The space was dog friendly and very well stocked with SO many extras! Very welcoming and clean.

Excellent property and manager

We loved our stay at this property. With 5 bedrooms there was plenty of space for us (family of 6). The game room was a hit with the kids. The location provides easy access to the freeway and the area is quiet. It was a bit cold when we stayed but the backyard deck seemed like it would be perfect to sit and enjoy the fresh air. The property manager was friendly and communicated rapidly by messaging. We didn't have any issues. We would certainly be happy to stay here again when we return.

Nice place for family

We enjoyed this vrbo. Our granddaughters loved the games. Their small dog was happy with the back yard. It was easy to get to the science museum and skating rink. The house was stocked with things we might need. The host was responsive to messages.

Lovely home!

We recently stayed here for a mini family reunion. We all loved the house. It was decorated well and offered space for us to spread out. Everyone commented on how well they slept in the comfy beds. We loved sitting outside in the evenings. If we happen to be in town again, I would definitely stay here again.
