Riverside Renaissance is a beautiful and charming Tudor home conveniently located in the picturesque Riverside neighborhood, convenient to the Arkansas River and downtown Wichita.

This home, which has been remodeled with fresh tile and refinished hardwoods, has also kept its unique charm. Decorated with medieval/ renaissance themed decor throughout, this home has amazing character and charm. It boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living spaces, and large outdoor space.

We offer self check-in with a personalized code for the deadbolt keypad on the front door.

Riverside is one of Wichita’s most beloved neighborhoods—eclectic, artsy, and full of character. Framed by the Arkansas River, it offers scenic walking and biking trails, easy access to kayaking, and a popular disc golf course. Riverside Park and the Kansas Wildlife Exhibit sit at the heart of the area, creating a lively community hub. The neighborhood’s architecture is a charming mix of grand Victorians, Craftsman bungalows, and mid-century modern homes. Enjoy walkable cafĂ©s and quick access to both Downtown and Delano, making Riverside the perfect blend of nature, creativity, and convenience.

Please note that this home is located just a few houses north of a busier street and is close to Wichita North High School.

Guests have full access to the property (with the exception of one mechanical and storage closet that is accessed via a coded lock).

Getting around Wichita from Riverside is easy and convenient. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with parks, cafĂ©s, and river trails just steps away. For longer trips, ride-share services are fast and reliable, and biking is popular thanks to the extensive river path system. Wichita Transit bus routes run nearby for simple city access, while Downtown and Delano are only a few minutes away by car. Whether you’re exploring the city or staying close to home, travel here is smooth and stress-free.

This is a QUIET neighborhood and we do NOT allow PARTIES. If there is any sign of a party (I.e. lots of people coming and going (especially late at night), excessive noise, complaints from the neighbors, lots of alcohol being brought in, signs of drug or and/or drug paraphernalia), you will be escorted out of the property immediately without refund.

This property is Non Smoking, this includes e-cigs, vaping, tobacco and cannabis.

Things to Note about the Hot Tub:
-We love to offer the Hot Tub as a wonderful and luxurious amenity, but minors are not allowed in the hot tub without being accompanied by an adult.
- Please no food or drink in the hot tub as the requires extensive cleaning.
- We ask that anyone using the hot tub showers and removes any major lotions/ oils/ etc. prior to getting in the hot tub.
- We ask that guests do not use the Hot Tub after 10PM so as not to disturb the neighbors.
- The Hot tub seats a maximum of 4 people at any given time.

This unit is located about just one block from a major street. Some street noise can be heard.

Alex is a superstar host and without her this property is still a 5-star. The unit is very clean and comfortable. The location was optimal for a project I was overseeing. The wifi is strong. Alex helped us manage the unit with access details and expectations. They respond very quickly and check up regularly to ensure you have a great stay.

Perfect for some R&R

The property was clean, cozy, and close to many great places to eat. We had plenty of space and had zero issues during our stay. We were there just for a little getaway, but everything we needed was within a 10min drive. The hot tub was a great bonus and we enjoyed it when the weather allowed. Overall, great place to stay!

Business Stay

We were in town for a conference and the hotel that hosted the event was sold out. We are part of a government entity and had never booked outside of the normal hotel process. VRBO and the local property owner were wonderful to work with! We are a tax exempt entity and so far that process has been quite simple! I haven’t actually seen the tax refunded yet, but the process has been smooth and I do not expect to have any issues! The property is really nice, very clean and quite cozy. It is an older home and has older home charm. The location is good, our event was downtown and it was a short five’ish minute drive through a low traffic area. The street is cute and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. We quite enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others! Alex was great to work with as well!
