Both spacious KING bedrooms are designed with your relaxation in mind, featuring en-suite bathrooms with large showers. Comfy beds, high-quality linens, and a hairdryer (in the sink drawer) ensure you feel at home. Each bedroom also comes with a smart TV, so don’t forget to bring your streaming passwords for a cozy movie night! We even provide robes and slippers!

The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials you’ll need to prepare meals, including utensils, plates, glasses, cookware, and good sharp knives! There’s a Dual Flex coffee maker for your morning brew, offering both drip and K-cup options, with a few K-cups to get you started. Gather around the large island with 4 swivel barstools for meals or step outside to dine on the covered front porch with a beautiful view.

Sunnyside Up has all the conveniences you need, including a full-size washer and dryer (starter laundry items included), and a gas grill on the covered back porch.

The large, covered porch is perfect for late-night chats, star-gazing, and soaking in the views. After a day of adventure, unwind in the 4-person hot tub or gather around the firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. Marshmallow sticks are provided for the perfect fireside treat!

Sunnyside Up is adorned with cabin-themed décor and unique touches throughout, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that’s sure to make you feel at home. For families, we offer Pack and Play or high chairs upon request.

This property will be decorated for Christmas in mid to late November.
We do require a Renter Agreement to be signed and completed before check in. You will not receive check in instructions until it is received.
$250.00 Security deposit to be held on customers credit card 3 days before check in. You will receive an external link through your booking platform to set this up.
This is similiar to what happens when you check into a hotel.
This is a HOLD and NOT a charge. You will only be charged if you damage the property or smoke in the home.

Before you pack up and head to the mountains, know that when we say mountains, we really mean it!
Dillsboro NC elevation starts at 1,975 feet. Think of this as your starting point. If you want to get a beautiful mountain view, you gotta climb some mountains. Mountain roads are typically gravel, steeper, narrower and curvier than you may be use to driving. This is all part of our charm.
We do have one big hill to get up. It is gravel. We regularly drive a Hyundai Sonata up. While AWD vehicles make everything easier they are not required. Maintain an even speed (10mph) going up and you should have no issues.

Items NOT provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, items of a personal nature. We do supply hand soap, dish soap, and starter laundry items.

Please note this is a SMOKE FREE property. Ashtrays are provided outside on the porch. If the home smells of smoke, you may lose part or all of your damage deposit for additional cleaning & odor removal.

*****This property is located off US 74 in a curve. You will hear road noise while outside. While it is not obtrusive it is noticeable, but we think the convenient location makes up for this.

*****This is a DOG friendly property, however we ask that you bring a kennel for your pet if you plan on leaving him/her alone at the house. We do charge a $45 non refundable fee for bringing your pet. If you are bringing your pet YOU MUST select the pet option at checkout. If you do not it will be taken from your damage deposit. DOGS ONLY
