If you are traveling in large groups and need more than 1 cabin you came to the right place! :)

Perfect for large gathering, reunions and or events ( must be approved in advance)-fee shall apply depending details.

Pets welcome with prior approval and paid fees and vet docs provided.

Cabin 578 - 2 bedrooms 1 bath (ensuite from master bedroom queen size bed.
Guest bedroom -Full size bed

Cabin 580 - 1 bedroom /1Bath master bedroom -with queen size bed

Cabin 626 - 1 bedroom 1bath with queen-size bed and sleeping sofa in the living room.+4 guests max

Cabin 615 - 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and sleeping couch in the living room. -4 guests max

Overall, we can accommodate up to 18 -20 in all 4 cabins. Send us a message and we will get back to you with more information.

Spend a relaxing evening dining or sipping wine in front of the fireplace.

Lovers of the great outdoors can spend their vacation hiking and exploring the cliffs, trails and surrounding wildlife. Go whitewater rafting, or fishing along the old logging roads by the house. When you return, the comforts of home will be waiting for you.

The neighbourhood:
So many adventures and shops near by!
Kayaking, lazy river just 7-10 min away!
if you are Headed west, near Franklin, you will find Harrah’s Cherokee casino. Visit a real gem mine, such as Mason’s, in the Cowee Valley. Try rafting in Nantahala, or take a drive over the mountain to Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge, where you can go horseback riding. You might want to go skiing in Cataloochee, depending on the season, of course!
Just as you pass through downtown Sylva, on your right you will come to the market, where you can purchase freshly-laid eggs, as well as all kinds of fruits and vegetables and jams and jellies. For fine dining, try Ruth Chris Steak House at Harrah’s, the buffet at the casino, or a number of other good restaurants.
There are plenty of Supermarkets near by! in the town of Sylva a few miles east, as well as craft and antique shops in nearby Dillsboro.
You are in National Forest, surrounded by hiking trails and about 1 mile from Tuckasegee River

Bryson - 6 miles / 8 min drive
Sylva- 12 miles / 14 min drive
Dillsboro - 10 mile / 10 min drive

Catlinburg - 40 miles /1-hour drive right of the Smokey Mountain, beautiful drive . . .
Asheville / airport - 1 hour rive.
Waterfall - 25min away,
Groceries shops and restaurants are only 15 min drive away.

** We allow well behaved pets we do limit on number of pets on case by case basis,fee paid in advance, vet docs provided.

** Please note that we require a rental agreement with rules and instructions to be signed once the booking is confirmed, and also we require a photo ID.

**The road to the cabins, has been just recently REGRADED with special gravel AND BONDING SOLUTION, We do suggest to rent an SUV, AND YET WE USE SEDAN...:)

** Standard occupancy is 12 and yet we can accommodate up to 18 or 20 max however, please message us.
** Security cameras located outside/ communal areas
***Pet fee must bee paid in advance per pet plus all; vet docs provided (vaccinations, fleas and ticks treatment proof)
-NO EVENS/LARGE GARTHERINGS UNLESS APPROVED!! FEEL SHALL APPLY DEPENDING ON EVENT DETAILS...

** Please note we do not provide propane.
** Occupancy is strictly enforced, failure to comply will forfeit your deposit.
-ANY EVENT/LARGE GARTHERING /EXTRA VISITORS MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE-!! FEE SHALL APPLY DEPENDING ON EVENT DETAILS..

** Occupancy is strictly enforced, failure to comply will forfeit your deposit.

** We welcome well behaved pets Maximum of 4 pets allowed (1 per cabin only well behaved pets are allowed ). You are responsible to clean after your pet, otherwise the fine is $250.00 and please keep your pet on the leash, remember you are in the woods in the mountains. No pets allowed in beds or couch.Please message us / select total #pets on your reservation.
Pet fee will apply of $100, per pet! , fleas and ticks treatment vaccines, proof is required be provided prior to your arrival.
