The ultimate luxury of this Hamilton Island property is the enormous entertaining deck and private pool, complete with barbecue facilities and sun lounges set up for all day lazing and entertainment.

Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with island bench and plenty of room to enjoy preparing meals. Everything from breakfast to cocktail catering and sumptuous dinners can be served from here.

Villa Tropica features six bedrooms, three with their own ensuite, spread out across two levels and designed as a private retreat, somewhere to take time out and rejuvenate. If you can get the kids out of the pool, they will love the television and games room!

$2000 refundable bond applies with each booking. This must be paid 30 days prior to arrival direct to Whitsunday Holidays and will be refunded upon departure once caretaker has checked the property for any excess damages or cleaning.

Please note, there is a compulsory buggy insurance of $15 per day that will need to be paid directly to the booking agent prior to your arrival
