This immaculately renovated ocean view apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making it the perfect family getaway or a stunning coastal escape for couples.
Poinciana Lodge 102 is a favourite for its close proximity to both the Marina and Resort areas of the island.
Sit back and enjoy the wonderful views across Catseye Beach from the balcony. The apartment is equipped with a BBQ, complimentary Wi-Fi and you have access to the Poinciana lagoon style pool which is hidden amongst the trees, it is one of the most beautiful complex pools on the island!
While the property is within close proximity to all that the island has to offer, a complimentary 4 seat golf buggy is also included.

Poinciana 102

Lovely room. Very clean. Beautiful views. Everything required to make your stay comfortable. The only thing is that the swimming pool needs to be renovated because you it does not look like you should swim in it! I chose the lodge because it also had a pool...I assume the pool was included in the price of the room. Otherwise, I was very comfortable here. Very convenient that the buggy is included with the room too. The staff were very responsive to phone calls and emails. And very nice too! Thanks Aaron.

Exception stay for Empty Nesters

We enjoyed the quiet comforts and luxurious settings of the unit. The buggy provided ease of movements and lovely to breeze around the island’s scenic streets. The Cockatoos came to say hello and goodbyes which was very memorable

Lovely Apartment with a great view. Great location.

The apartment was in a great location. The Golf Buggy was a great bonus which made it so easy to get to the beach, the marina and the restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were nice. The pillows we found to be really hard, but that is just a personal choice as we prefer softer ones. A few bottles of water would have been nice and maybe some salt and pepper. We used the BBQ alot so just some basic condiments would have been beneficial. Maybe a COVID thing? The pool area was lovely and the verandah was fabulous with a great view. We had a lovely time. Highly recommended.

with great morning sun on the comfy sun lounges on the balcony & good view of Catseye Bay. Walking distance to everywhere you need on Hamo. We’d stay again.
