Perfectly located in Ottersend, Chestfield, Whitstable, this spacious and well-appointed home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and memorable stays. Ideal for families, friends, and groups, the property offers generous living space both indoors and outdoors.

The home features two beautifully presented bedrooms, including one super king and one double bed, both with private en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath and shower, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.

There cosy lounges with sofas, TV and fast WiFi, perfect for relaxing, socialising, or enjoying movie nights. A dedicated dining room comfortably seats up to 7 guests.

Step outside to a private back garden complete with a hot tub, outdoor table, chairs, umbrella and firepit, ideal for both daytime lounging and evening gatherings. A BBQ grill is also available for outdoor dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for home cooking, including fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, cafetière coffee maker, toaster, cookware, baking essentials, and dining ware.

🏡 RULES:

No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.

We have free private parking on site with space for 2 car.

🧶 LINEN & TOWEL CARE
Please help us keep our linens and towels in excellent condition for all guests.
We kindly ask that towels are not used for removing makeup or cleaning spills, and that food and drinks are kept away from beds where possible.
Where bed linen or towels are excessively stained or damaged beyond normal use and cannot be professionally cleaned, the cost of replacement may be charged.
If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help.

🛁 Long Stay Cleaning Policy:

For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a clean to can be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays.

🛡️ GUEST VERIFICATION AND PROPERTY PROTECTION
Before check-in, guests are required to complete our guest verification and property protection process through SafeGuest.

You will have the option to either place a refundable £500 security deposit, which is returned after check-out provided the property is left in good condition, or purchase a damage waiver, usually £55, which covers accidental damage during your stay.
