The tiny-home with big-views!
Wake up to sweeping views of Mercury Bay in this compact and cosy tiny home, perfectly positioned for a relaxing Whitianga getaway.
Located on a quiet property, close to the water, itâs the ideal spot for up to two guests. The loft bedroom with a queen bed is accessed by a stair-ladder.
Enjoy your own private bathroom and light meal facilities, including a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and electric jug for tea & coffee. There are no cooking facilities, so you can make the most of Whitiangaâs fantastic cafes, restaurants, and takeaway options just minutes away. The town centre, Buffalo Beach, The Lost Spring Thermal Pools, and ferry access to Cooks Beach and Cathedral Cove are all nearby. Spend your days exploring the Coromandelâs beaches, scenic walks, and water activities, then return to your snug coastal retreat to watch the light change over the ocean. Book your stay and enjoy Whitiangaâs charm from your own little slice of paradise.
Whilst the tiny-home is located on the owners property - guests privacy will be respected at all times. The main home is further up the driveway.
*Please note - the loft space has a skylight which does not have a curtain or blind. This means that the natural light will come through in the morning.

Loft space: 1 x Queen Bed (loft is accessible by stair-ladder only. Please see photos)
House Rules and Information
Parking: 1 x off street parking outside the tiny-home. Any additional vehicle will need to be parked on the street. The driveway is shared with the owner - so please be sure not to block the driveway when parking your vehicle.
Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.
Linen included â we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning â exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
Please note: A 2.3% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions.
