Ski in/Ski Out Luxury Chalet is an absolutely beautiful ski-in/ski-out home on Whitefish Mountain in beautiful Whitefish, MT. Hit the slopes right from your back door and enjoy a full day of skiing! In addition to fantastic skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort, you'll have access to a multitude of summer activities as well! Enjoy swimming at Whitefish Lake, ziplining, alpine slides, and hiking at the resort, and visiting Glacier National Park (just a 45 minute drive away!) This home is also just 15 minutes from the heart of Downtown Whitefish where you can find all kinds of local shopping, dining, drinks and much more!

As you enter the home, you are welcomed by the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The open-concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining and gathering everyone together. The kitchen is equipped with all new Viking appliances, stunning granite countertops and ample counter space to make a delicious meal. The large kitchen island has 6 bar seats to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast!

The dining room has a stunning wooden dining table that seats up to 12 people comfortably. You'll have plenty of room for the whole family to gather round! From the dining room, cozy up in the living room on the oversized, comfy couches by the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie on the large smart tv. The views from the main living area windows are simply magnificent. There is an expansive outdoor living and dining terrace off the main living area that has an impressive outdoor fireplace with plenty of seating to relax or entertain. Enjoy the mountain views by the outdoor fire, fire up the chefs edition Weber and dine Al fresco, the outdoors is just as well outfitted for entertaining as the indoors!

Also on the main level, you will find a very convenient mudroom at the entry, perfect for kicking off all your gear (please remove ski boots prior to entering the home in the garage ski room). Plus, you have a half bath on this level which is great for guests.

As you move up the stairs, you are immediately greeted by a telescope for all of your stargazing needs! There is also a desk area, perfect for working from home and another living space complete with a large sectional and another smart tv. To the left of the living space you will find the luxurious master bedroom with a large king-sized bed, another fireplace for those chilly nights, stunning views from the cathedral floor to ceiling windows, a walk-in closet with ample storage and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom is absolutely stunning with a double vanity, a huge walk-in shower, and a soaking tub under the massive window that looks out over the mountains and trees. Relax in the tub and enjoy the beautiful Montana wilderness.

As you exit the master bedroom, you'll find another bedroom across the way that has a beautiful king-sized four post bed, lots of natural light, and another ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has another large double vanity and a combo tub/shower. You will also find a laundry room on this level for your convenience.

Last but not least, you have the lower level. As you go down both flights of stairs, you are greeted by a third living area with more comfy furniture, another smart tv, office space and a small fitness area with two exercise bikes and some free weights. You will also find the last two bedrooms on the lower level. The first bedroom is on the left with a tufted King-sized bed, a desk area, access to the patio outside and another ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a single vanity with a combo/tub shower. The second bedroom on the right is perfect for kids with two queen-sized beds and the last ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and combo tub/shower.

In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels and stunning views. The resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! There are plenty of other winter activities from snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and more. Of course, you'll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries and don't miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring!

In the summer, enjoy all the water sports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes & rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Whitefish Mountain Resort also provides endless activities such as mountain biking, hiking, zip-lining, ropes courses, alpine slides, and scenic chair or gondola rides (with Glacier National Park views). Speaking of Glacier National Park, it's only 45 minutes away from Whitefish! Don't miss the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes! You'll also want to take advantage of the Whitefish Trail system with 43 miles of hiking & biking trails, as well as great restaurants, art galleries, breweries, distilleries, a train museum, golf courses and local events such as Huckleberry Days, farmer's markets, rodeos and Under the Big Sky music festival!

Getting around Whitefish and to Whitefish Mountain Resort is a breeze with the FREE snow bus! The snow bus is a free shuttle service during peak winter and summer seasons. There are stops all around town and on the mountain. Whitefish also has Uber, Lyft and Taxis.

Great Stay for a Wedding

This beautiful property was perfect for our group of 4 couples attending a wedding at the mountain resort. We explored Glacier National Park, rented pontoon boats to cruise around Whitefish Lake & enjoyed various wedding festivities while always looking forward to returning to the spacious comfort of this great property. All the amenities we could need plus a great location, beautiful view & responsive property manager. Great stay!

Great for family vacation!!

This house was perfect for our summer family vacation!! The location was great, we utilized the resort activities, it’s close to town and the lake, and not a bad drive at all to Glacier. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back!
