Just off the Home Again Ski-way, Big Bear 01 is a spacious, 2-bath property that accommodates up to 8 guests with approximately 1550 sq ft of internal living space. In addition there is an outdoor ski closet and a covered back porch equipped with chairs and a gas grill. Big Bear is one of the few wooded rental properties with a private backyard. Expansive picture windows and French doors provide wildlife and mountain views in both summer and winter.

An 8' carved bear standing guard at the entrance gives this charming property its name. Big Bear features an open living/dining/kitchen area with ample space for socializing. The large great room has a flat screen TV/DVD with an extensive library of books, games, puzzles and movies and a gas fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has full-sized appliances and a heated floor. The adjacent dining area has a table that seats 8-10. Air conditioning has been added for your summer comfort.

There are three bedrooms, one with twin beds, and two with queens. In addition there is a pull-down Murphy bed available in the main living room. Two bathrooms, one with tub/shower combo and the other shower only, both have heated floors and open from the main hallway. This unit has a full-sized washer and dryer and provides ample parking in front of the house.
