WHAT’S NEARBY

Tucked away on an isolated plot 12 miles north of White Salmon, this cabin makes it easy for you and your family to visit the Harvest Market whenever you like, with roads ideal for biking and motorcycles. While you're near the river, you can experience the gorgeous Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area or cross the bridge to Hood River, OR. The BZ Corner launch site is less than a mile away if you're up for kayaking or rafting. Ten miles away are the huckleberries and freshwater fun of Trout Lake. If you head north instead, you can explore the lush forests and trails of the Monte Cristo Natural Area Preserve - it's only nine miles to the north.

Awesome cabin

We've stayed here before, love it! Clean,quiet and everything we needed. No morels this time, boo!!Love the addition of the light under the bed!! Really great for late nite bathroom runs! We'll definitely stay again, maybe not in rainy season! Thank you again!

Beautiful property and nice accommodations. Wish there were curtains or window coverings, as the neighbors who had tents on their property had a clear view into the kitchen/living room area. But got to see a doe & fawn on the lawn in the evening and amazing star-filled sky at night.

This cabin was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and well located. My husband, teenage son & I stayed for a few days while attending a wedding and playing in the area and it was perfect for us. Thank you!!

Nice cabin regionally located for recreation and relaxation.

Overall, the cabin was very clean and had a well-appointed kitchen with lots of appliances and utensils. TV streaming services were good and the natural lighting in the cabin was very pleasant. I would recommend this cabin rental to small groups of less than 4 people.

Quiet Get away in White Salmon area

We loved this cabin in the quiet wooded area outside of White Salmon. We enjoyed hiking in the area and coming home to make a delicious dinner at home. The grill was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will come again. I would not recommend this cabin for anyone with small children.

We enjoyed the privacy and cleanliness of this property. We would have liked to know with greater detail what amenities we would have available for use prior to our arrival especially since it is a bit of a drive from town. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

Quick trip for July 4 was fantastic!

This is a clean well maintained property. The beds were surprisingly comfortable - the bathroom large and well equipped - the main space worked very well! The outdoor surroundings are just beautiful - I was sitting outside and a deer and her fawn walked through the property. Felt remote and safe. Will definitely go back. Only complaint is late check in time of 4PM and early check out at 10AM. At this price - I felt this was a bit unfair but probably due to COVID and deeper cleaning process.

Great base for local activities

This is a cozy little 1-bedroom cabin with a well-appointed kitchen, cozy sofa, and super wi-fi service for movies. It is a great home base for any number of hikes, river rafting, and zip lining. We came home tired every night, fixed ourselves great meals, and settled in for a movie before zonking out on the comfortable queen-sized bed. Two thumbs up! (NB: Not a great place for folks who can't navigate steps, since the apartment is over the garage--and bed is in a space past the stairwell that might be risky for those using a cane, walker, or wheelchair.)

Wonderful place

This was a very nice little cabin. The property was quiet and private. We had a deer and her two little ones and a family of wild turkeys. The inside was very clean and perfect for two. Just disappointed about the 10 am check out. Even with rushing to get out I'll definitely book another get away here.

Loft in the trees

We really liked being on the second floor with lots of windows that viewed the woods on all sides. This made it feel like we were camping without the discomforts. It would not be a good place for anyone who has trouble going up and down stairs or has any balance problems. Everything was very clean, well cared for and up to date. The air conditioning worked great in the 90+ degree weather. We have talked about returning some time.
