Enjoy a cozy getaway with your own private entrance in the beautiful town of White Salmon. A new queen bed was replaced from a full bed to make most comfortable. We ask that guests respect our neighbors by keeping distance and parking your cars directly in front of the property.
This cozy one-bedroom guest unit is very clean, newly built, and decorated with charm.
White Salmon is a small town up a short hill from the bridge to Hood River.

For the price this stay was a disappointment. The space is cute and well thought out. However there were several things about the stay that were off. Parking: Listed is the description, detail email and dm was a note to park respectfully for the neighbors and to only park in front of the property or empty lot. Upon arrival and again on our second day a vehicle presumably staying on the other side of the property was parked first where we couldn’t park in front of the house without moving the trash bins and second directly in front of the stairs leading to our entrance. Once parked there were dark stairs leading 30 or so feet down and across to the door. As a differently abled person this detail would have been very good to know. Inside we found a rip in the couch and pen markings, black mold in the shower, discolored bath towels and a broken soap dispenser. Most of that we would not be concerned with, but the black mold is an issue. We turned the fan on and wiped it down with hydrogen peroxide to mitigate, but shouldn’t have had to do that. The bedroom walls are THIN. Both nights we heard the other side’s bedtime routine, from showers to peeing to conversations and coughing. It genuinely felt like we were in the same room. In the mornings we could hear singing, conversation (or argument?) and again every time water ran, or a toilet flushed. Nice to have would have been coffee (single serving) to go with the coffee machine. 3-stars, overpriced.

This is anything but cozy (small). The bedroom has an enormous walk-in closet. There is a combo kitchen living room with plenty of space to walk around and do your morning exercise routine. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, including a baking tray (bring your own foil/parchment) There is even a laundry hamper to take you clothes to the laundromat! Parking is directly in front of the home. Allowing Cheddar, my dog, made this the perfect place for us to stay. We will definitely be back! Kaci & Cheddar

Annual visit

Our son lives in the area and we visit every spring/summer. Great location, nice accommodations. The only negative was there is not a lot of seating. In general, I would stay here in the future.

Great location, not very comfortable.

The cottage was in a right in town on a quiet street. Bed was very comfortable but living/kitchen area had uncomfortable seating. TV was very small and only one of the streaming services worked first night. Second night, neither streaming services could be accessed. Outdoor entry looked junky and was dangerous with soaker hose nearly tripping us and loose gravel on stairs.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Guest Home in White Salmon. The location was quiet, yet a short walk to the bakery and brewery. Communication with the host was easy, she was always quick to respond to inquiries.We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Cozy Spot in Great Location

I absolutely loved staying here in White Salmon. The home is cozy and close to everything you need. You can even walk to Everybody's Brewing and the White Salmon Bakery.
