No Pets: This is strictly enforced by the HOA – no animals permitted
No Smoking: Strictly enforced throughout the property
Occupancy: Maximum 6 guests
Damage Reporting: Any damages during your stay must be reported immediately
No use of fireplace permitted due to partial conversion which has rendered the fireplace non-functional. For guest safety and home protection, fires of any kind are strictly prohibited.
