For those who love the water, take a leisurely 10-minute stroll down to Hardy Dam Pond at Sandy Beach County Park, where the kids can splash and play while you relax on the sand or try your hand at paddle boarding, we have 2 available for use.

The entire home and 2.5 acres of serene, wooded property are yours to enjoy. Whether you’re seeking a quiet retreat or a spot to bring the whole family together, The Dragon House at Sandy Beach offers an unbeatable combination of privacy, comfort, and adventure.

If you have a boat, RV, kayaks, paddle boards, or even a UTV, there’s no need to leave anything behind. Our huge pole barn and sprawling driveway offer plenty of secure storage for all your toys and vehicles. If you’re traveling with an RV, you’ll appreciate the convenience of our hookup (available for $25/night).

Outdoors, gather around the picnic tables for a sunlit lunch, or share stories and s’mores by the fire pit on starry nights (just remember to bring firewood). Ten Adirondack chairs are available for flexible, comfy seating—move them wherever you like, front or back patio. You might even discover extra chairs in the garage for larger gatherings.

Inside, every detail is designed for family fun and relaxation. Multiple living areas, two smart TVs, and a Nintendo Switch with games like Mario Kart, Super Mario, and Super Smash Bros. promise entertainment for every age. Stream your favorite shows, cook together in the open kitchen, or simply unwind in the comfort of high-end beds, heated bathroom floors, and spacious rooms.
