Enjoy this SPACIOUS and perfectly LOCATED 2BR/2BA home. Located Across the street from Marketplace where you can find shops, restaurants, coffee shops & more! Walk to the Whistler Olympic Plaza! Whether you`re looking to hit the slopes, spend the day relaxing, or heading out for adventure, this is the perfect home - a cozy, modern, and inviting space. The bright, open living area features a functional layout that extends out onto a spacious, covered deck with mountain views.
THE LAYOUT
As you enter into the condo front door there is a large foyer to store all your skis/jackets/boots etc. Your main living space with kitchen, living and dining are open concept and includes a full bathroom, washer and dryer. A TV with cable and high-speed WIFI is available for your use. This TV has Netflix (must sign into your own accounts) capability as well! Log in to your own account and easily pick up from where you left off on your favorite shows. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to make a meal for the family. The sofa bed (queen) is located on this level. The fireplace in the living area creates the perfect ambiance for any family to gather around. There is a BBQ on the patio as well to create delicious family favorites. Enjoy brightness all day from the large windows in the living space and private deck.
When you go up the next flight of stairs, you will find all the bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. One room with two TWIN BEDS is perfect for kids. The master bedroom has a King bed and plush sheets and a TV with cable and Netflix. Both bedrooms are furnished with air conditioning to ensure your comfort during your sleep. The second-floor bathroom has a tub/shower combo, attractive for any couple to soak into and soothe their weary muscles after a full day on the mountain.
LAUNDRY
With your own personal washer and dryer, you can keep on top of all the mountain gear and have it fresh for the next day. Also perfect for families with children!
BIKE STORAGE
Yes, there is a locked bike room in the parkade and you will need to use your lock if you wish to lock them in there. While this is a secure/locked facility it is shared with other guests.
PARKING
You can park one vehicle in our designated parking spot. The parking gate is 6 ft 6 inches in height. Visitor spots are located belowground next to the parkade, it is only allowed for up to 2 hours. You can get parking at the Conference center for $20 a day. There are also day lots in the village (which are uncovered and outside), and the range in price is around $20 a day.
POOL AND HOT TUB
Pool & Hot tub hours are 10 am - 10 pm
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Guests have access to the entire home, a parking garage, secure bike storage, and the hot tub in the complex.
In a quiet complex, across the street from Marketplace/ Whistler Olympic Plaza. It`s a mere 5-minute walk to the mountain or there is a free shuttle to the ski hill across the street. In the Marketplace, you`ll find a grocery store, liquor store, drug store, and more. This is also where the Village Stroll begins (the main shopping and dining area of Whistler)
Once you arrive you will not need a vehicle. You can walk everywhere in the Village in 15 mins or less. There is the free shuttle bus right across the street that takes you around the Village and to the slopes.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $157.50 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.
There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a `Noiseaware`. It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.
This entire property is NON SMOKING.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what`s supplied.
If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren`t available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
