Sleeping arrangements

This condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with a TV and walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a spacious closet, with a second bathroom nearby featuring a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity. Bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the home for added privacy.

Large picture windows frame views of Whistler, Blackcomb, Wedge, and Green Lake, filling the vaulted living area with soft winter light. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• No bike storage is available inside the home. Bikes may be parked in the shared underground parkade in the assigned parking stall using your own bike lock. As this is a shared space, it is not recommended for storing high-value bikes. Please contact our team for homes with secure bike storage options.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

• The Nicklaus North Clubhouse and Table Nineteen Restaurant, including the patio, are located on the ground floor of the building and may occasionally host private events. Please note that private events are permitted until midnight. Table Nineteen Restaurant is open until 9:00 pm daily
