The Space:
Snow settles quietly into the surrounding forest as morning light filters through floor-to-ceiling windows, framing Whistler Mountain in crisp winter clarity. After a day on the slopes, you can sink into the hot tub, warm up by the indoor fireplace, or settle in for a movie night in the media room while snow falls quietly outside.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels, the home sleeps 14 with 7 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 8 baths. The expansive primary suite includes a walk-through closet, fireplace, and an ensuite with a double vanity and deep-soaker tub. Five additional bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, a spacious bunk room offers two queen-sized bunk beds, a TV, a game console, and a double vanity bathroom. A powder room near the media room adds extra convenience.
Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy the private outdoor pool - available all year - or unwind in the private hot tub beneath the mountain air. The patio includes outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill, creating a comfortable setting for crisp winter evenings outdoors.
Kitchen & dining
The open-plan kitchen is designed for shared meals, with granite countertops, quality appliances, and a separate butler kitchen for larger gatherings. Start the morning at the breakfast bar with six seats, then come together around the dining table that comfortably seats fourteen.
Entertainment & relaxation
The lower level media and games room includes a home cinema surround sound system, along with an adjoining billiards room and wet bar. Multiple TVs, wifi, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to balance downtime with staying connected.
Practical details
A private elevator connects all floors, and the home includes in-suite laundry, heating, and AC - split type ductless system. A mudroom, ski racks and boot warmers makes winter days seamless, while parking in the garage and driveway adds convenience. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.
Neighborhood
Located in Whistlerâs exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, just a short walk away, connecting you to Creekside Village shops, restaurants, and slope access. Ski-in/Ski-out access is available seasonally, with ski-out suited to intermediate skiers and ski-in possible via the Kadenwood trail depending on conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private pool and hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistlerâs most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountainâs slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.

âą Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
