The Space:
Snow settles quietly over the trees as the mountains rise just beyond your windows. Mornings begin with coffee in hand, watching the light shift across Whistler Mountain before you step into your gear. After a day on the slopes, the warmth of the hot tub and the glow of the indoor fireplace welcome you back, while the heated outdoor pool steams gently in the crisp alpine air.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels and connected by a private elevator, this seven-bedroom home sleeps 14 guests and offers 10 beds and 8 baths. Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom for privacy and comfort. The primary suite includes a walk-through closet, fireplace, and an ensuite with double vanity and deep-soaker tub. Five additional bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite with walk-in shower. On the lower level, the bunk room includes two queen-sized bunk beds, a TV, game console, and a double vanity bathroom. A powder room near the media room adds extra convenience.
Outdoor living
Winter transforms the outdoor spaces into a peaceful alpine setting. The private outdoor pool - available all year, open 24 hours - allows you to swim beneath falling snow, while the private hot tub offers a soothing soak after skiing. A fire pit and outdoor seating area provide a cozy place to gather on clear evenings, surrounded by forest for a sense of seclusion. A patio or balcony extends the living space outdoors year-round.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals and relaxed mornings, with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and high-quality appliances. A separate butler kitchen provides additional prep space. The breakfast bar - 6 seats - is perfect for casual bites, while the dining table comfortably seats fourteen for long dinners together. Thoughtful kitchen and dining amenities make cooking and hosting seamless.
Entertainment & comfort
Downstairs, the media room features a home cinema surround sound system, alongside a billiards area with wet bar. High-speed Wifi, multiple TVs, and a dedicated workspace ensure you stay connected. Heating, an indoor fireplace, portable fans, and AC - split type ductless system - keep the home comfortable in every season. A washer and dryer, essentials, and bathroom amenities are included for convenience.
Location
Set in the Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers Ski-in/Ski-out access, allowing you to reach the lifts without driving or paid transportation. The private Kadenwood Gondola is just a short three-minute walk away and connects you to Creekside Village for shops, dining, groceries, and further slope access.
Parking and facilities
Free parking garage on premises, a private entrance, elevator access, and home safety features including smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher provide added peace of mind.
Whether you are skiing, snowboarding, or enjoying fireside evenings together, this mountain home offers space to gather and unwind throughout the winter season.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistlerâs most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountainâs slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
âą Note on Amenities: Please note the pool heating system is under repair during January and expected to be ready in early-mid February. The hot tub is working perfectly! Our current January pricing has been discounted to compensate for this change.
âą Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
âą Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
âą Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
âą No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
âą Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
