The Space:
Snow settles quietly over Alta Lake as morning light filters through tall windows and reflects off the surrounding evergreens. Inside, the steady warmth of the indoor fireplace contrasts with the crisp mountain air outside, creating a welcome return after a day on Whistlerâs snowy trails and slopes. Evenings draw you toward the deck, where the outdoor fireplace flickers beneath a clear winter sky and the mountains fade into dusk.
Sleeping arrangements
The upper level features three air-conditioned bedrooms designed rest and privacy. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, stone fireplace, walk-in closet, and a private deck overlooking the lake. Its ensuite offers a deep soaking tub framed by mountain views, a glass-enclosed rain shower, and a double vanity. The second bedroom provides a king-split configuration and its own walk-out deck, while the third bedroom includes two sets of twin bunks filled with natural light. A second full bathroom with a soaking tub and shower combo serves the upper floor, and a powder room on the main level adds convenience. In total, the townhouse accommodates up to 8 guests across 6 beds and 2.5 baths.
Living spaces
Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows define the open-concept lounge, where lake and mountain views remain part of the experience even on snowy days. Retractable glass doors connect the interior to the deck, while heating and portable fans keep the space comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace and wifi allow you to stay connected as needed, and a TV offers relaxed evenings indoors.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals after full days outdoors. A 10-foot island anchors the space, complemented by a 5-burner gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar, making it easy to gather for long winter dinners.
Outdoor living
Positioned just above Lakeside Park with lake access via the Valley Trail, the townhouse offers a peaceful setting within Whistlerâs winter landscape. The private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas fireplace becomes a cozy extension of the living space. A private entrance adds convenience, and the double garage provides free parking garage on premises along with ski and bike racks, a boot dryer, and space to store gear between outings.

Located in Lakecrest Estates within Alta Vista, youâre just minutes from Whistler Village and Creekside while enjoying the quiet atmosphere of lakeside living. Restaurants, shops, and lift access remain close, yet each evening you return to the calm of Alta Lake and the warmth of your fireside retreat.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio and balcony. Parking is available in a private double garage, suitable for two small to mid-sized vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Lakecrest Estates is a private, upscale enclave located in the Alta Vista neighbourhood, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Nestled along the shores of Alta Lake, this quiet community offers direct access to Lakeside Park, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or relaxing on the beach in summer. Guests can enjoy scenic walks or bike rides along the Valley Trail, which connects Lakecrest to Whistler Village, Creekside, and nearby parks. In winter, you're close to both Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts, with easy access by car.
