Located at the south-eastern end of Chesil Beach, the village is also just a short drive from the market town of Dorchester.

Located in a quiet residential area, Meadow View is a traditional, three-bedroom, 1930s semi-detached house which benefits from being newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Twenty minutes’ walk to the west is the East Fleet behind Chesil Beach which is perfect for dog walking and connects to the South West Coastal path leading east to Portland or west to the spectacular World Heritage Jurassic Coast providing the perfect opportunity to enjoy walking surrounded by outstanding sea and country views.

The classic seaside resort of Weymouth has attractions to suit all tastes and ages. A Georgian seafront with a wonderful, award-winning golden sandy beach and shallow waters, a variety of restaurants fronting the idyllic leisure harbour and Brewer’s Quay hosting the Sealife Centre.

Portland Harbour, which was the venue for the 2012 sailing Olympics, is excellent for sailing, kite and wind surfing, offering world class facilities. Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy is approximately a 5-minute drive. The rugged Isle of Portland is rich with birdlife and fossils and a good area for sea fishing off Chesil Beach.
