Experience lake life in our cozy lakefront cabins. Stay in Lake Almanor Escape 6, 7, & 11. Together these 3 cabins have 8 bedrooms and 5 baths and can accommodate up to 22 guests, perfect for large groups or families traveling together but want privacy as well.

Lake Almanor Combo is a 2-story home composed of Lake Almanor Escape 6 (lower cabin) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and Lake Almanor Escape 7 (upper cabin) with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This cabin is in the Almanor Lakeside Resort along with 12 other cabins. The home is just steps away from the lake and few minutes from all the activities and amenities you need.

Cabin 11 is a 4-bedroom, 2-Bath lakefront property with large deck, patio furniture, propane BBQ, large covered patio area complete with picnic tables. There are 4 fireplaces/stoves, including one rock fireplace insert in the upstairs master bedroom. A/C upstairs May-Sept. Plenty of closet and dresser space for your comfort. There are 5 TVs, internet, DVD’s, a boat launch with large dock and one boat slip (per cabin) for use during your stay during summer season. The surrounding property includes a very large lawn area for outdoor picnics.

Enjoy amazing views of the waters and the mountain right at the patio of Cabin 6 and up at the large deck of Cabin 7. There are grills available for a BBQ night. The kitchens are fully stocked. Everything inside has been newly remodeled.

We are located just west of Susanville, CA, off Hwy. 36. Parking for your cars and boat trailers is abundant.

1. Pet policy: Additional dog fees will be assessed. Nonrefundable $75 per stay, 2 dogs max. Absolutely no cats or large dogs. Breed and size restrictions, dogs will be considered at the discretion of the owner. Excluded breeds – Pitbulls, Danes, Shepherds and Rottweilers. The size and breed is required in writing for approval. Dogs must be leashed and cannot be allowed on the furniture.
If additional cleaning is required, an additional fee will be assessed against the security deposit.
2. Owner requires additional screening form.
3. No partying, quiet time 10PM - 7AM.
4. The docks are unavailable for use during the period from October 1st to May 1st.
You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this amazing world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food out or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property is treated regularly, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.

Cozy Bottom level cabin with great views of the lake
A perfect cabin for two or for a family with two-three small children. Comfortable Queen bed in master and a bunk bed (full/twin) for the kids in the second bedroom. Kitchen had every thing you would need. Nice dining room table for meals. Very Cozy. It was a perfect getaway for me to find peace and serenity. Thanks to John and Clelie.

Wonderful Winter Getaway
My partner and I (and dog Oreo) had a lovely, relaxing time at the cabin. While it was definitely a cozy fit it was perfect for the two of us. We loved being a few steps from the lake and right across the street from a yummy restaurant and gourmet market. The couch is super comfy as is the queen bed, and the water pressure is great. Next time we will bring a kettle for my tea and our French press. The owners are super responsive to messages and the neighbors friendly. Thank you for a fabulous getaway!

Great Getaway
