Set all on the ground floor, the living room is large and comfortable, and has many information leaflets and suggestions for places to visit and for walking a dog. The bedroom can be made up as a super kingsize bed or twin beds. A fitted kitchen, and spacious bathroom featuring an original bread oven which was found as the cottage was renovated, completes the picture.



Horseshoe Cottage is all on the ground floor with two small steps in the corridor. In addition to the large front garden, there is a small private enclosed garden with patio furniture, so that you can enjoy this tranquil position outside during the warmer months.



Weston-super-Mare, Burnham-on-Sea and Brean Sands are just a 15-minute drive away whilst Cheddar Caves and Gorge, Wookey Hole, Longleat Safari Park and Exmoor National Park are a short journey. Situated less than five miles from a great variety of pubs, restaurants and take-aways, dining out poses no problem!



The village of Lympsham is just a leisurely ½ mile stroll away with a village shop open daily stocked with everyday items, This is next to Lympsham Pavilion, with a cafe offering delicious breakfasts and lunchtime meals and snacks (Monday-Saturday). You can sit outside during the summer months and watch cricket on the green. Lympsham Pavilion is also licensed and the bar is open every evening during the week and from 12pm weekends. Why not book a tennis court for an hour at the village sports club? There are excellent golf courses in the area and both coarse and sea fishing are available locally.
