This coastal bungalow is one half of a duplex that has been completely renovated for your enjoyment! The sunlit interior offers high ceilings, wood floors, and new appliances. After fun-filled days exploring the coast, kick back for movie nights on the smart TV in the living area. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides all you need to create your favorite meals. A gas grill creates another way to prepare your dishes. The outdoor space is appointed with a firepit, ideal for stargazing. No matter the occasion, this wonderfully located retreat is just the spot you are looking for.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Great location, easy access to all the places we wanted to go to! Only negative side was the bed. Mattress is very old and has no cushion. After our 4 day stay we noticed a heavy musty smell from the bedding and couch.

Just about everything was great, and the location is perfect! However, the shower floor needed a little bit of work, and the bed could have been more comfortable. The staff has also been very helpful in helping us track down an item that we accidentally left behind.

We walked into our unit and the shower was demolished. We books months in advance for our vacation at the Cape and was astonished at the lack of communication and we'll.. the lack of a shower. Extremely unprofessional for such a huge company. Would not recommend.

We loved the VRBO. Everything was perfect, so clean, convenient, & wonderful for our stay. Communication was easy and helpful and very timely. Highly recommend this rental!!

Nice Property

Great clean little cottage. Perfect for two adults and a dog. The back yard is fenced in which was a pleasant surprise! Nice neighborhood there is a private beach within walking distance or a 5 minute drive to the public beach. The only issue we had was both mattresses seemed old and were not comfortable.

Just as described!

Small and simple but exactly what you need for a little getaway where you’re out and about! It was really great. I like the neighborhood and easy to access everything. The customer service was really great and helpful when we got stranded on Nantucket for longer than expected. Appreciate the customer service and the simplicity of our stay!

Cute and tiny!

Cute place to stay with a spouse. They say you can only have 1 car but they will allow 2. You can really fit three if you wanted to, I'm not sure why they seem strict n just one vehicle. The water filter needed to be cleaned, the water tasted funny but overall nice stay! Seagull beach is really nice and very close by

Great location but needs cleaning

The location was great but unfortunately we had issues with cleanliness. Immediately needed a new shower curtain amongst other things. Great area for beaches and short drive everywhere else
