This like-new, custom cape home boasts four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, offering the perfect retreat just 200 feet from the best south side white sandy beach. The kitchen stands out as a highlight of the home, boasting modern amenities and ample space for culinary adventures. Whether you're preparing a feast for family and friends or whipping up a quick snack, this spectacular kitchen has you covered. Additionally, there's plenty of room for boat storage and rainy day activities, ensuring that every moment of your stay is filled with comfort and enjoyment.

The Beach House also offers practical features such as a two-car garage underneath, providing convenient storage options and a fantastic ping pong area. The house was wonderful - perfect location and just a really great space. There was enough room for everyone, and it was super close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for families or groups.Just a heads-up to future guests: you are required to bring your own linens, which was a bit of a surprise since the main reason I book vacation homes is to avoid packing things like that. It’s manageable, but something to keep in mind when planning your stay.Overall, a fantastic experience and I look forward to coming back!

We loved our stay and especially the location — it’s centrally located on the Cape, which made it easy to take day trips in every direction. The private beach access was a huge plus and really added to the experience. The house had plenty of space for our group of seven to stay comfortably — we could have easily fit a couple more. The tankless water heater was a major perk, especially with a larger group — everyone was able to take hot showers without an issue. The backyard space was beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day out.A couple of things to note: for the price of the home, it was a bit frustrating to have to rent linens (towels and sheets) separately. Also, while it’s mentioned in the listing, it’s worth emphasizing that the pool is only open in July and August. We were there in June, and with the warm weather, the kids were disappointed they couldn’t swim. Just something to keep in mind when planning your trip!

Perfect family getaway!

Our stay here was nothing but amazing! The house was clean and beautiful. A 2 min walk to the beach and pool. Loaded with beach chairs and beach toys/floats. They also had a ping pong table, cornhole, basketball and a bunch of other games. Check in was very easy and convenient. Definitely recommend!

Very comfortable amenity-rich home, steps to the beach

My wife and I spend a week at this first class immaculate and well designed home with our 3 adult kids coming and going for a few days each Great kitchen with large island table that was great for family meals. Lovely classic cape cod views from the master bedroom and deck/outdoor dining area off the kitchen over the marsh/pond with peeks to the ocean from the master Good sized comfortable beds in all rooms A comfortable living room with very nice couches and a table perfect for puzzles Bathrooms were immaculate, water pressure excellent, outdoor shower fun Lots of chairs, floats etc. Ping pong table in the garage Super convenient washer dryer off the kitchen <2 minute walk to an A+ uncrowded beach This home is just the right amount of luxury/comfort for a beach vacation. Miles better than a "cottage", but not a place too fancy to really relax in I would call it 98% perfect. My only (minor) issues: 1)There is a flight of steps up to the first level of the living area (kitchen, living room) as the ground level is the garage and an outdoor sitting area/patio. Older folks and ex-athletes with bad knees could have a hard time 2) Kitchen has a Keurig instead of a coffee pot. Just a pet peeve of ours

Beautiful Home - Great Stay

This home had everything you needed and more for a great beach vacation! 3 minute walk to the beach, pool and playground - can’t beat the convenience of this property! The neighborhood is quaint and well-kept; the house is stocked with beach chairs, toys and floats. Only downside was 9:30 check-out and with little kids it was a bit challenging. Five-star stay!
