Welcome! This fully remodeled 5BD/4.5BA mountain hideaway sleeps 12 on a private street. Mt Snow is only 12 mins away, and Stratton Mt is only 20 mins. Offering a perfect escape for large groups. Whether you are returning from an active day and want a relaxing hot tub experience or a wonderful natural atmosphere, this place will surpass all your expectations!

You can access the VAST Snowmobiling Trail directly from the property. There is also plenty of on-site parking for your snowmobiles, including space in the Barn.

PLEASE NOTE: The home is accessed via a gravel road and driveway. In winter, these are plowed and sanded regularly; however, the inclines can be steep. For the safest, easiest access during snowy or icy conditions, we recommend an all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle.

It is newly furnished with 3 Smart TVs, 2 of which have Dish Network Satellite TV. We also prioritize your safety by installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the property.
The two-story, vaulted-ceiling living room has views of the surrounding mountains. The space is open to the kitchen and dining area. The solid wood dining table seats 8, with an additional 2 when the leaf is added, plus 4-person island seating.

Hot Tub: When not in use, the hot tub is maintained at 92°F to reduce energy consumption while allowing for a quicker heat-up time. The typical soaking range is 101–104°F. We recommend increasing the temperature to your preferred setting upon arrival, so it is ready when you plan to use it.

★ WINTER CONDITIONS NOTICE ★

The property is maintained under a professional plowing and shoveling contract, and our team typically services the property promptly after storms. However, service timing may vary depending on the severity and duration of winter weather.

During periods of snow and ice, some outdoor areas may be limited. Fire pits may not always be accessible, as they are not cleared as frequently as the driveway and main walkways. Pathways to the hot tubs may also remain snow-covered at times, particularly where they cross lawn areas. The hot tubs themselves remain available and operational year-round.

Guests should expect typical winter conditions, including snow and ice. Bringing a small shovel and appropriate winter footwear is recommended as a precaution.

Private well:

This home is supplied by a private well. The water is regularly maintained and tested to ensure it is clean and safe for consumption. Guests can confidently use the tap water for drinking, cooking, and all household needs.
