Being in the Northwood community, it is surrounded by many older and historic homes in a safe and newly developing neighborhood. We are a block away from a brand new, multi-million dollar waterfront condo that just opened in 2023.
We are under 10 minutes from Pam Beach, Peanut and Singer Island! It's also within walking distance to the Intracoastal waters and Rybovich Safe Harbor Marina. Close to multiple Hospitals. The home is walking distance to a waterfront park perfect for dogs, families and launching water toys such as jet skis, kayaks and paddle boards. Only 3 miles to downtown West Palm Beach and within a few minutes to many excellent restaurants and shops.

Its proximity to Flagler Ave, the Intracoastal, Downtown West Palm Beach and the airport, makes it an ideal launching pad to explore West Palm Beach. We do recommend renting a car or using Uber to get around as public transportation is not as convenient.
The home can sleep up to 3 people. The King bed can accommodate 2 and there is a couch for a 3rd guest.
If you would like EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT please let us know in advance. We can usually accommodate this free of charge if the day is available. Weâre very flexible!
We are located in Florida where hurricanes do happen. In the unlikely event of a mandatory evacuation by either the county or the Governor or FL, you must evacuate & will be refunded the nights you were unable to stay.
âč We have security cameras at the front entry, garage, and sides of the home. We have the utmost respect for the privacy of our guests. There are NO cameras inside the home or the pool area for your privacy.
âč Parties are not allowed. Our home is equipped with a Minut noise detector which helps us prevent any disturbance that will annoy neighbors or violate the noise ordinance in the community.
âč Our home is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but highly unlikely, to see lizards, snakes, exotic reptiles, iguanas, raccoons, alligators, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to mosquitoes, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. We employ a professional pest company that treats the property inside and out for pests. Please let us know if you observe any pests and we would be happy to call them for an emergency service.
HURRICANE/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, water spouts, and other high-wind events. Hurricane season in Florida runs from June to November, with the peak months being August/September.
BOOKINGS IN HURRICANE SEASON (June-November):
They are RARE, but, if, at any time, the area is under a tropical storm/hurricane watch, where the âincidence coneâ is expected to remain focused on our geographic region, with projections of a category strength of one (1), or more:
âą You have the option of cancelling the remainder of your stay, at no penalty to you, if we are within the published incidence cone, at seventy-two (72) hours prior to landfall;
âą At forty-eight (48) hours prior to your arrival, if we remain in the incidence cone, we will, regretfully, have to cancel your booking. Our buildings are wood-frame/stucco, and not secure enough to be safe in a high-wind event.
Weather-related communications outages may impact our ability to contact you, but we will make every effort.
Your charges for your stay will be refunded, if already collected, by Airbnb.
We will provide you with a voucher to use at a future date, that is valid if we is operational.

If we are forced to close, the remaining balance of your stay will be credited to you. If you booked through a service, see their policies for such a credit, if any. If you booked directly with us, you will receive a voucher for a future stay if we are operational.
If we are notified by the news and/or National Weather Service that there will be a window where a hurricane, of any category strength, will pass through our area, we will close the house(s) down 48 hours prior, or as soon as is possible, and ask all guests to vacate.
We will provide you notice, in writing,
by a serviceâs direct messaging system, by email, or on paper, or all of them.
Your reservation in progress will be cancelled. You will be credited with your remaining stay. You are responsible for your own safety, and evacuation plans, in such a circumstance.
