The biggest disappointment was the amenities. We literally booked this place because it said it had a heated pool and a hot tub. We could have found something much less expensive without those amenities. Yet the heater for the pool and hot tub did not work, and neither went above 76 degrees F during our stay - clearly nowhere close to the 104 degrees the hot tub should have been, and 94 the pool should have been. Since we were there in February, this was simply unacceptable. We were treated condescendingly by the property manager who came over and said the heater was working, when it clearly was not. In addition, we had really wanted to watch the Olympics on the TV and couldn't get the TV to operate (after spending a LOT of time trying to figure it out). When we asked the property manager about this when he came over on Saturday morning (we arrived Friday afternoon), he said the remote control was missing. He didn't offer to replace it, so we were unable to use the TV during our stay - a big disappointment! Another issue was that there were some safety hazards in the pool area. The ground was extremely slippery around the outside shower and two of us fell, luckily not getting badly injured. There was also a piece of metal protruding out onto the area around the pool, which one of us stubbed our toe on badly before we covered it up with a plastic tub.

We stayed here with our four adult children over the Christmas holiday. This house was just as it was pictured in the ad and Sebastian was a great and communicative host. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool and outside space was beautiful and a perfect set up for family gathering time. The location was central, very easy to get to CityPlace and and Clematis Street for a fun night out. Easy to get to the beach and golf. My only suggestion would be for the house to have more beach chairs for a fun day at the beach for all. Overall, we loved our trip and would stay here again.

The house was comfortable and clean. It was nicely furnished. The area is terrific. There were parks nearby and also a nice grocery store. Having the separate little cottage in the back was perfect for my daughter, her husband and baby.Sebastian and team were very responsive throughout our trip.

The house was as described and I enjoyed the pool which is why I gave 3 stars, but lots of things that were subpar. First, a pet fee that shouldn't have been added, and was refunded after I initiated and asked questions - feels sneaky and removes trust. Second, when i asked questions about the total cost and a discrepancy, I was told to see what vrbo says about it. Third, the house had several small things lacking that would have elevated the stay - towel hooks in the bathroom, interesting lighting in some rooms. And a maintenance person stopped by unannounced on our last day which is very unacceptable as most people get vrbos for more privacy. I liked the house and the pool but will not rent from this company again unless there are changes.
