The Space:
Located in the prestigious Flamingo Park Historic District a few blocks from downtown West Palm Beach, Villa del Flamingo is a new construction, mediterranean styled home which reflects the historic, lush tropical surrounding of the area.
This luxuriously appointed home sleeps up to 10 guests (including a sofa bed in the office). The 2 story house features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms in the main house as well as a studio-bedroom with another full bath above the garage. The open floor plan of the main house features high ceilings, living area, dining area and kitchen which all open towards the pool deck. The pool area features a patio area for lounging and outdoor dining. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and in the master suite. Pool heat is optional.
The property is located just 10-15 minutes walking distance to CityPlace/The Square, the rejuvenated area of downtown with its pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops, outdoor cafes, bars and movie theaters. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and Norton Museum of Art are also within 10 minutes walking distance. The beaches are within 5 - 10 minutes driving distance. The famous island of Palm Beach with its popular points of interest (Worth Avenue, Flagler Museum, Breakers Resort) are also 5 - 10 minutes driving distance.
