This unit is on the ground floor and lush tropical landscaping surrounds the cottage, the ceiling was insulated with noise canceling isotopic foam and the upstairs cottage has 3M noise canceling insulation to create a peaceful and QUIET environment during your stay. Private Courtyard Garden, beautiful historic neighborhood, Howard Park, Rosemary Square, Convention center, Kravitz Center for Preforming Arts, Armory Arts Center, Norton Museum and PBA University. Great restaurants blocks away. Bikes available and Intracoastal is blocks away, you can bike to the beach! Bikes are available.
Other things to note
The entrance for guest is through the gate on the left side of the house. Parking is available either on the street or the left hand drive way ( first come/first serve)
We recycle as much as possible, there are two large recycling bins to the right of the main house.
The cottage has cable TV, AC, high speed internet and a private Courtyard Garden.
This is the downstairs cottage in a two story “Carriage House/Cottage” the ceiling has been sound proofed in the last year with isotopic foam and the upstairs floor has 3M soundproofing making the unit very peaceful and relaxing. Both cottage units are available if you have a larger group of friends or family. Extra pet allowed only by owners permission..
