For a home advertised as three bedroom house, it did have three bedrooms, but there were features of said bedrooms that made only one bedroom usable for our purposes. Also, there are many portions of the rest of the house that are "off limits" or not usable thus shrinking the overall size of the place and/or it's usability. There are no instructions as to how to use the hot tub, or if it is available for use. No information on how to check out or what expectations are of the use of the house, except for multiple signs of "do not use" or "authorized personnel only". Also, what I presume to be one of the owners showed up twice without notice, once to drop off furniture for future update purposes, which was stored outside under cover. It felt like this was a family vacation home, rented out for use when they were not using it, with rent amounts being used for renovations and is/was a work in progress. Neighborhood/house was less than ideal for our purposes, with multiple parties next door, multiple trumpet practice sessions at another neighbors, garage unavailable due to it being used for storage, a driveway gate that either had to be manually open/shut each time or propped open to allow access, etc. If house is to be rented in the future at price we paid, then the renter should feel as if they are able to use the the house, in it's entirety. If owner feels need to store person items in open areas, price should be discounted appropriately.
