The two bedrooms in the main house include a queen guest room and a king primary suite with an en-suite bath. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers and thoughtful touches like plush linens and a hair dryer.



Out back, a private paver patio wraps around a sparkling in-ground pool, flanked by loungers, tropical greenery, and a shaded al fresco dining area. The highlight? Good to Know Before You Book:



Pet Policy:

This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.



Pool Heat:

Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day. After booking, you’ll have the opportunity to confirm if you’d like this added to your reservation and submit payment.



Security Hold or Damage Waiver:

This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1000, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $75 instead.



Age Requirement:

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.



House Rules:
