You will be provided with a unique code to access your vacation home. This code will be valid during the entirety of your stay. Self check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Early check-in may be requested 24 hours in advance for an additional charge if available.

â We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed.
âAn additional charge of $25 per unauthorized extra guest, per night, will apply to any guests exceeding the booked occupancy.
âThere is a maximum of 6 guests allowed over night and a maximum of 8 guests at any other time.
A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. This agreement outlines the house rules, occupancy guidelines, and important policies for your stay. If you have any questions or would like to review the Rental Agreement before booking, please feel free to request a copyâweâre happy to provide it.
PET DISCLOSURE & RESPONSIBILITY: Guests traveling with a dog must disclose the dogâs breed and age prior to arrival. Aggressive dogs are not permitted. Any damage caused by a dog is the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests accept full liability for their pet and agree to be fully responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their dog, including injuries to maintenance staff, contractors, or service providers visiting the property. All related medical costs or expenses shall be the guestâs responsibility.
NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.
Tropical Storms and Hurricanes:
Florida is prone to tropical storms and hurricanes. We recommend all travelers to purchase insurance to cover any travel disruptions that may arise from these occurences as refunds will not be granted for undesirable weather conditions.
Please be aware that weather-related communication issues might affect our contact with you, but we'll do our best to connect and address any concerns.
Our property is in a tropical climate zone, so you might encounter creatures like snakes, insects, and raccoons. While they're rare, we're required to inform you about the possibility of encountering them. We have pest control measures in place, and if you see any, please message us on the platform for quick action.
Lastly, while our property is family-friendly, it's not entirely child-proof. Parents with small children need to supervise them at all times and assume liability.
