Ideal for families or groups, the third bedroom offers two twin beds, a Smart TV, night lamp, and fresh linens, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The second bathroom provides a refreshing shower experience, bath rug, excellent hot water pressure, and essential amenities for your convenience.

At Palm Wave Stays, every detail is designed to enhance your stay, from the cozy living spaces to the well-equipped kitchen and inviting bedrooms. To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.
