The Space:

Sunlight pours over the private backyard as you step from the pool’s edge toward the surf‑kissed shoreline just minutes away. The scent of salty sea breezes mixes with fresh‑brewed Starbucks coffee waiting on the kitchen counter, inviting you to linger on the outdoor living room while the waves roll in. Whether you’re gathering friends for a home‑cooked feast or slipping into the water for an afternoon surf session, the space feels both lively and relaxed, perfect for creating lasting memories.



Sleeping Arrangements

The Surf Side Retreat comfortably sleeps six in dedicated beds and can host up to seven guests. A Luxury King Bed anchors the master suite, complete with an ensuite bathroom, backyard view, and Smart TV. The first Guest Suite offers a Luxury Queen Bed and Smart TV, while the second Guest Suite provides two Luxury twin beds and a Smart TV. Additional sleeping options include a couch, an air mattress, and a crib for little ones.



Outdoor Oasis

Step onto the heated pool (additional costs may apply) and unwind on sunbathing loungers, or gather in the outdoor living room for evening conversations under the stars. The poolside setting is ideal for casual dips, sunbathing, or simply watching the sunset over Palm Beach.



Kitchen & Dining

A fully stocked kitchen for seven guests features Starbucks Espresso and Drip coffee, an Insta‑Pot, blender, and a mixology bar. The dining room seats six, and the kitchen bar provides four additional seats, giving you flexible space for meals and socializing. All basic essentials—hair dryers, organic shampoo and conditioner, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, and more—are supplied.

High‑speed internet and a dedicated office area keep you connected, whether you’re checking email, planning the day’s adventures, or working remotely.



Complimentary Concierge Service

A complimentary concierge is available to arrange transportation, spa services, a private chef, pre‑stocked fridge, babysitting, and other personalized requests, ensuring a seamless stay.



Neighborhood & Attractions

A short walk brings you to local favorites like Darbster on the water and Bud’s Chicken and Seafood, as well as the Inter‑coastal beach off Flagler Drive. Winn‑Dixie Grocery and Planet Fitness are also within walking distance. A quick drive reaches West Palm Beach Golf Course (5 min), Mar‑a‑Lago (7 min), Palm Beach Island (10 min), downtown West Palm restaurants and bars (13 min), Worth Avenue shopping (13 min), and major attractions such as The Breakers, Palm Beach Zoo, and the Cox Science Center (7‑12 min). Palm Beach International Airport is just 10 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines.



Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals which provide a service to their owners, for example seeing eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies.



Pool Heating Details

- Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate of $125 per night.

- The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pools are outside we have them set for 87 degrees, but as the temps drop so do the pools, especially if it is raining.

- We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature.

- To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.



Please Note: If the police need to be called to the property for complaints of any kind, we will ask you and your guests to leave without refund.



Thank you for following our house rules:

No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.



Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.

No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 7 people are allowed in the house.



Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.

Good to Know!

Your stay is covered by Wavio Insurance. If something accidentally breaks or gets ruined, don't worry about it. Just let us know and we will process it through our insurance.

Up to $5,000 is covered during your stay, through your one time fee of $129 included in your reservation.



Concierge services, including grocery delivery, photography, home chef's, car rentals, car detailing and the like, are provided by 3rd party vendors.
