La maison vient meublée:
Il y a 3 chambres confortables trĂšs propres, 2 avec un lit queen size et 1 avec 2 lits jumeaux. Le MaĂźtre a une salle de bains attenante avec douche Ă  l’italienne et baignoire. La deuxiĂšme salle de bain a une baignoire. Il y a la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et WIFI dans la maison. 1 tĂ©lĂ©vision dans le salon et 1 dans la chambre principale. Peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 adultes et nous proposons un pack de 2 et jouons pour un bĂ©bĂ© ou un jeune enfant / enfant en bas Ăąge. La cuisine a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e, ce qui facilite la cuisine et les rĂ©ceptions. À l’extĂ©rieur, vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre au bord de la piscine d’eau salĂ©e chauffĂ©e, sur la grande terrasse privĂ©e avec barbecue au gaz. La nuit, l'Ă©clairage extĂ©rieur transforme la cour en un paradis romantique. Il y a laveuse / sĂ©cheuse sur place pour votre usage. Nice house!

Very nice house at a short distance of various attractions (less than 30 minutes). Very spacious pool zone with heated pool and spa. The owner answers very quickly to our various questions and queries. If you’re looking for beach accessories there are limited (2 chairs and 1 parasol).

Check-in and check out was a breeze. The pool was wonderful in the Florida sun and the screen kept the unwanted bugs away. The house was immaculately cleaned and has all the small things one would need on a trip. The Host was super quick answering questions and always very polite!! Highly recommend

This was our third time staying here. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was definitely the pool! It was clean and well maintained. The location was ideal as it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. Timea is very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We are already planning our next visit.

I work in the concert touring industry and this was a perfect place to stay. As i have a team it is expensive to book multiple hotel rooms. This property was super close to the venue and the airport and was very homely and cozy. Pool was great and had everything one could need. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Comfortable and great location

The house had everything we needed plus some for a week long stay. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. We were 20 mins to the beach and 20 mins to the boat ramp where we went fishing. Plenty of stores and activities under a half hour away. 100% would stay again!!!

Excellent experience

This is a great house that had everything we needed especially for traveling with a toddler. It was rainy and cooler weather during our stay but was still able to use the heated pool, hot tub, and grill. It was very clean, well kept, the host is very responsive, and in a great location. If we visit the area again, we will look to book this house!

Fantastic Week

Our stay at this property was excellent from beginning to end! Timea was extremely fast with communication, the property was exactly as the listing showed, and I go back to this area I would absolutely stay there again! Beautiful Spacious Home!

We were in town for a week for a baseball tournament and would recommend this home to anyone. It was spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and pool table. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had the space they needed. It is centrally located and close to anything you need. The host was very responsive to our needs and questions. We hope to stay here again next year. SUPER experience!

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice home very spacious. Owner was responsive to couple minor items. Pool and backyard lovely. Bedding was hit or miss dependent upon personal firm preference but figured out for our group. Excellent location to iThink Amphitheatre! Would stay again.

We had such a great 2 week vacation - Paradise Found

Check in was easy- Timea was available and communicative. When we walked into the house we were delighted with how lovely it was and how clean it was. Immaculate. We spent a lot of time in the screened in heated pool and hot tub and really enjoyed that. The house had everything we needed and then some. The bed was comfy. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and a really nice park 1/4 of a mile away. Park has a nice walking path and lots of other stuff. Our favorite beach was an easy 10-15 minute drive. The house is totally private and we felt very safe. Will definitely return.

Wonderful house, large private backyard

The house is modern and very comfortable. The backyard is fantastic. It’s very large and very private, with a heated pool large enough to swim laps. It is a wonderful space to hang out in. The owner was very responsive when we had questions about the house when we first arrived. I gave the location only four stars because it is in a quiet residential neighborhood but not walking distance to any stores or restaurants, though anything you need is only a few minutes drive. I definitely recommend this house.

Summer Family Vacation

We were absolutely in love with this vacation home. It was exactly as seen in the pictures and perfect for our family and friends. The house was super clean and the host thought of every detail and had available for us to include extra bath towels, pool toys and floats, beach towels, even beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, throw blankets in living room and so much more. The pool was excellent and my kids loved that it ranged in depth and was always nice and warm but still refreshing enough to cool off in. The back area is screened in which kept any pesky bugs out and is very private since it is fenced in and has beautiful landscaping around the entire perimeter of the backyard. It really felt like our own private oasis. Check-in was a breeze and the only question I had for Timea while on vacation was answered within minutes of me sending it. There is a Walmart within 2 miles of the property which came in handy to pick up any needed supplies, food, drinks, etc. Multiple restaurant options are also close by and the cutest candy outlet is within 2 miles from the house that we loved to visit for treats. I highly recommend this vacation home. My family is already discussing our next trip to Florida and have all agreed we would love to stay here again.

Fantastic house and host

I stayed at the house for 4 nights as a personal vacation away from the Midwest cold and to celebrate a birthday poolside with four local friends. Although the weather didn't completely cooperate, the house and host could not have been better -- a question I had the day of check-in was immediately answered. The house was one of the cleanest I've experienced in a rental property, everything was as described, and there were a number of personal touches that made the place feel like a real home. I enjoyed the stay and will consider returning in the future.

This is a great house, we just visited for the second time. It is clean and well stocked. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. The owner is easy to reach. The pool and the pool table are great for kids and teens.
