We will send detailed check-in instructions prior to your arrival! There is a Guest House located behind the Main House that will not be accessible for your stay. The space is not occupied by anyone and will be vacant during your stay.
Owner reserves right to access the guest house if needed, but this will only happen on rare occurrences and those exceptions will not include prolonged or overnight visits.

A maximum of 16 overnight guests is permitted. Any gatherings exceeding 16 people must receive prior host approval.

Everything about this house during our stay was exceptional.All accommodations and amenities were of the highest standard. The location was gorgeous, safe, convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. Although, the home and pool were so beautiful that we often did not want to leave. Another often overlooked benefit which we did not plan to need, but were thankful to have, is that the West Palm Beach hospital is very close, which was very fortunate with an unforeseen medical issue. If I ever return to West Palm Beach with a group, this property will be the first place I look for availability.

Amazing time

This property was absolutely beautiful. My friends and I stayed here and enjoyed every minute of our time. The check-in process was very simple and flexible. The property manager was considerate of our needs and was able to accommodate some things. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area.
