INSIDE
When you step inside you will be greeted by a roomy open main floor. Kitchen is a chef's dream and offers plenty of counter space, top grade appliances, beverage fridge and is stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes. Enjoy the fruits of your labor at the oversized dining table with seating for 14. Spread out in the adjoining living room and catch up on your favorite show or simply relax and visit in the comfy seating area. Main floor bedroom is located right off the living area and features a king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bath with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. Wander upstairs and you will find more sleeping options - King bedroom includes twin daybed, additional bedroom features two full size beds and these bedroom share a large bathroom with tub/shower. Step around the corner and you will find a sunny family room with TV. One more cozy queen bedroom with private bath completes this floor.

In the lower level you will find so many options for entertainment! Want to plan a movie night? Home theater with projector and screen await with plenty of comfy seating for everyone to spread out. Let go of your stress in the indoor sauna. Kids of all ages will enjoy the arcade and board games available. There is a full kitchen on this floor as well as an additional full bath and a separate king bedroom.

Step right outside and right into the hot tub! Enjoy the fire pit surrounded by swinging benches. Take a hike through the wooded acreage and enjoy the view of the blueberry orchards or try your hand fishing at the private aerated and stocked pond.

If a visit to Lake Michigan is on the agenda, Kouw Park is only 1.5 miles away and provides Lake Michigan beach access. Holland State Park is just a 10-minute drive and is located on the channel where you can enjoy watching the boats sail by or take a walk on the pier to the iconic 'Big Red' lighthouse. Explore nearby downtown Holland where you will find endless options for dining, shopping, breweries and entertainment. Head north to Grand Haven and wander down the main street leading to lake Michigan and shop and dine along the way.

Bike trails are abundant in this area and connect all along the lakeshore. Rent a paddleboard or kayak and try your hand on nearby Lake Macatawa or treat everyone to a cruise on a pontoon boat which can be rented locally as well.

- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

"My family of 8 adults and 4 grandchildren stayed at this beautiful home in West Olive in mid july 2023. It was a wonderful property. The outdoor amenities are as beautiful as the indoors. The kitchen set up was fantastic with every imaginable small appliance one could think of. The pictures in the cabinets where things were stored, were very helpful too. My 6 yr old grandson loved the old school arcade game in the basement. Took the grandkids fishing at the fish and release pond. Pool water was a little cool but quickly adjusted to the temp. We had bonfires in the fire pit most nights.. All in all we had a fantastic week."
