The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a central island, opening seamlessly to a bright dining area with a farmhouse table for shared meals.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

PARKING
There are a total of 4 parking spaces available: 2 in the parking pad and 2 in the driveway. Please note that the garage is not available for parking.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
