It's not easy to find a better situation than this. You don't have to go anywhere to enjoy the sweeping water views of Bass River and its sizable Grand Cove. The calm water makes it ideal for kayaks and SUPs provided by the thoughtful owner. There's a small private beach waiting for you here as well. Or simply relax and watch the boats coming and going from Bass River and Nantucket Sound. If it's a big sandy beach you're seeking, drive six minutes to beautiful West Dennis Beach. All this natural beauty, yet you're just minutes from some of the Cape's best shopping, restaurants and entertainment, mostly along Main Street (Route 28) in West Dennis. Only a three-minute drive to iconic Sundancer's Restaurant, and five minutes to the inviting Lighthouse Inn. Golf, anyone? Tee it up at any of four courses a short drive away. And be sure to stop by Cuffy's on Main Street, where you'll find the widest selection of Cape Cod apparel anywhere.

Outdoor Living Space
This property offers multiple outdoor seating areas, including a patio with comfy cushioned seats and a freestanding deck with café table and chairs. Strategically placed Adirondack chairs take advantage of key positions on the nearly one-acre property that optimize the water views. There's a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower here as well.

Indoor Living Space
Originally an understated cottage, the interior here has been brilliantly renovated to create a rich, upscale accommodation. The comfortable lounge seating in the living room, like most of the house, takes full advantage of the superb water views. The open-concept floorplan flows perfectly from the dining area into the immaculate kitchen. The vaulted ceiling with skylights and exposed wood beams provides a striking impression of light and space as you enter this section of the house. The well-outfitted kitchen presents ample granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range. The garage has been transformed into a popular game room.

Sleeping Accommodations
Both bedrooms on the main level are primary suites. One bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Additionally, there is a sleeping area on the main level with a single twin bed.
