Come and enjoy (WE)st (CO)lumbia's State Street and walk within minutes to various restaurants, shops, breweries, Carraway Park (playground), and miles of outdoor recreation on the West Columbia River Walk Park! This character packed 1,750sf, 3 bed, 2 bath home has been completely modernized. Within minutes of The Vista and DT Cola, 7 minutes to Williams Brice and 20 minutes to Ft. Jackson, it's the perfect place to enjoy all that WECO and Columbia have to offer!

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including a main queen bedroom suite with work space, futon, closet and a private bath with double vanity and shower/tub combo. The second guest bedroom has a king size bed and the third has two twin beds that are playfully styled for the young or simply the young at heart. The kitchen is completely renovated and fully stocked with full size appliances, an electric range, dishwasher, pantry, refrigerator, white shaker cabinets and granite counters with a glass tile backsplash. Don't forget to enjoy your morning coffee after a yoga session with the provided yoga mats or a night cap at the kitchen bar with two stools. The living room has a pull-out full-size convertible sofa, Roku TV, and dining area with wood paneling and a bar made out of an old car. Laundry is located in the front entry foyer and

There is parking for 3 vehicles in the paved area to the left of the front door and accessed through the alleyway. Parking is also free on the street, no parking in the alleyway.

The City of West Columbia is situated along eight miles of the beautiful lower Saluda and Congaree Rivers. Known for being friendly, welcoming, and affordable, the City also has top-level schools and a myriad of dining and shopping options, as well as exemplary health care options that are within a three-mile radius. The area is ideal for commerce, thanks to its business-friendly attitude, low taxes, and utility rates. The City is concentrating on economic development and is eager to attract business start-ups and/or relocations. Additionally, major interstates, highways, the airport, and Columbia are just minutes away. When it comes to recreation, West Columbia offers kayaking, canoeing, tubing, parks, waterfront concerts, 8.5 miles of walking and biking trails, and much more, including access to the renowned Riverbanks Zoo, Botanical Gardens, and Waterfall Junction.

WECO enjoys the unique position of being close to everything in the Midlands.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

Nice older home

Check in process via the Host was fantastic. All the basic necessities were provided. Place was very clean. Nothing was broken. House was quite old but has been maintained well.Located in "Cayce" . walking distance to the local hang out spots. Very short drive to the columbia hang out spots and only 150 yards from our Job site...Would definitely stay here again.

We had a good experience. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the property was extremely clean. We loved the proximity to the antique mall and Cafe Strudel. We would strongly recommend this property to others.

Great place for family retreat

This is an older property remodeled well with wide hallways and large rooms. Also had a large well supplied kitchen. Great for children with the solid walls and hardwood floors. Easy clean up and all the materials were included. There was a park close by, plus shopping and a nice restaurant.
