The Space:
With timber floors throughout, all my rooms open up onto the decking that hugs the private plunge pool offering seamless indoor and outdoor living and entertaining. My spacious floor plan offers 4 gorgeous oversized bedrooms, elegantly styled and accommodating up to 8 guests.

My sleek, fully equipped kitchen complete with top of the range appliances, pairs beautifully with the large dining area, furnished with a heavy timber table and chairs. It inspires seafood, long lunches and hearty roasts in the evening.

My multiple living zones both indoors and out have been designed and styled for total comfort and relaxation while ensuring total privacy and seclusion. I am an absolute holiday home with all that you need for an authentic home away from home experience. I cater for all seasons with ample heating and cooling options. My two bathrooms are classic in design and filled with Appelles Apothecary & Lab beauty range for your 5 star holiday indulgence.

My impressive design and style incorporates a subtle yet sophisticated coastal colour pallet, adorned with stone, wood and natural fibres for a warm and inviting energy. I have a fabulous undercover outdoor entertaining area, complete with BBQ and hanging egg chair. It's such a peaceful place to sit and relax with a gin & tonic or a chilled rose at the end of the day while a feast is prepared.

I come with a full suite of holiday fun including table tennis, foosball and beach gear. After a day at Werri Beach, rinse off sand and salt under my outdoor shower.

I’m super close to the beach and a stone's throw from great eateries such as The Hill Bar & Kitchen, Perfect Break Cafe, Italian Bambinos, The Gather and Clay Coffee Collective. I’m in the perfect hub for wineries such as Crooked River Winery and Roselea Vineyard and nearby local craft brewery Stoic Brewing.

The Neighborhood:
Werri Beach is the epitome of #beachlife. With a lagoon at one end, an ocean pool at the other end and a surf club with a coffee and snack kiosk and Fish Shop in the middle, Werri Beach is sandy feet and salty hair at its best.

Renowned by consistent surf breaks at both ends of the beach, there is generally a nice wave peeling off one of the headlands.

Check out the local Gerringong eateries, art galleries and boutique shopping. For fresh produce head to the Farmers Markets held weekly in Berry and Kiama. The markets showcase the best produce and makers within the region.

Gerringong Headland is the ideal location to see the whales migrating north from late May to July and migrating south from September to November.

Getting Around:
Serenity Gerringong is positioned perfectly for you to be able to leave the car at home and explore the local area on foot or bike.
