Private and secluded property surrounded by over 1000 acres of federal forest! This property is one to visit for a true up north experience.

The night skies are breathtaking. Enjoy a camp fire, lounge on the deck or sit in the hot tub under the beautiful northern Michigan skies. Family games available to play in the large backyard. This location is prime for many reasons
ORV’s/snowmobilers can access the state’s trails from the corner of the property, bikers and hikers are only 3 miles from
The Big M trail head. Udell Rollaways 18 hole disc golf course is 5 miles from the property. Fawn Crest Golf Course is 6 miles from the property, Northern Michigan fisherman are only miles from the famous Tippy Dam River access and many lakes in the surrounding area where fishing, kayaking, swimming, and tubing are welcome.. Within 25 miles of Lake Michigan, the Little River Casino Resort, Caberfae Peaks Ski Resort and Victorian Manistee, where the beaches are beautiful. 45 minutes to Cadillac and 60 minutes to Traverse City.

This is the place for serenity, peace and quiet, yet the surrounding area is full of northern Michigan recreation. This home is designed to accommodate wheelchairs.

Suprise Birthday Party and sight seeing

The house and property were perfect for our trip. The home is secluded on a large piece of property that has prenty of room both inside and out for guest to hang out and lay there heads. The night sky is amazing without all of the city light clutter. Would definitely book again. Tina was very helpfull and easy to accommodate.

The stay was amazing, and so much fun for my family. It was big enough for all 10 of us! Tina was great at communication. I wish the time there didn’t end! We cherished every moment we had with our family. I would come back here, the location was great and it was very quiet!

Great communication and clean property

We stayed here with a total of 9 people (3 separate families), with plenty of room. The location was perfect to hop on the trail and not too far from Manistee. I read comments about the 1 bathroom and have to let future guests know that if you communicate the needs of the restroom and shower, it’s not a problem. Check out Annie’s Kozy Kitchen nearby for breakfast and you should definitely go hungry!

Great escape!

This house slept 8 of us comfortably. It was clean and has a great yard for games. Perfect place to stay for a golf trip and the hot tub is great after a round. Tina gave some tips about where to go and what was going on around the area. 10/10

Spotless!

Tina's property was the most clean rental property I've ever stayed in! Utterly spotless! My family of 7 had plenty of room to sleep, comfy mattresses, well stocked, lots of games to play and Wi-Fi too. Couldn't ask for more! Tina responded super quick to my questions. Stay here. You won't regret it!

A great secluded place to stay while we did winery tours

The ease of rental and communication with the host was excellent. The few questions we had were promptly answered. The premises were clean. Hot tub was very clean and relaxing after the days of winery tours and shopping the peninsulas. I would happily return to this Vrbo. It met all our needs and was super relaxing, which is exactly what we were looking for and needed. Thank you to our host for the use of your property.

A perfect getaway for multiple families!

The unique layout of the property was perfect for our small group- we had both common gathering places and also totally private spaces. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was a joy to use! The host went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable, and she was always reachable when we had a question. We'll be back!

Couldn’t have been better

Firstly the area that the house is in is beautiful and secluded. A little drive from the city but still close enough to not be a bother. The house itself has everything you could possibly need for your stay, including washer dryer and all the cooking items you could need. You’ll just need clothes and bug spray when renting this place. Lots of room great for a family or friend group
. As long as your comfortable with the bathroom being in the middle of the house in a more open floor plan design, didn’t bother us at all and it can be shut off for privacy. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of adventures. Conveniently it’s located near lots of trails and activities so you won’t be bored rain or shine. I 100 percent would rent from the owner again given the chance. I could go on and on but I feel I’ve made my point. This place is totally worth it.

Girls Get Away

Very clean and comfortable. Lots of closet space and a large dining table. We had a group of 6 women stay for 4 days. They have thought of everything! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and there were plenty of extra blankets, towels, etc. I would highly recommend this property and these owners!

Great place to stay!

Would definitely stay here again, great property, very secluded. Only thing i was upset about was the amount of bugs. I don't mind some but every night there were literally thousands of moths. If you went outside to use the hot tub after 8pm good luck. Took forever to clean them out of the house too, open a door to get out, 20 moths in your house. Other then that, great place, great owner, very nice and easy to get ahold of.

Amazing house

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and grilling on the deck. Love the peace and quite, very secluded. Plenty of parking for our truck, trailer, and jeep. Plenty of forest roads close by to enjoy with the jeep.
