Spend your time exploring the nearby nature reserves, sandy beaches and charming villages before relaxing in front of the wood burner in the cosy open-plan living area with a wooden beamed ceiling.
Step inside to find a sociable space consisting of a lounge/kitchen/diner. Cook a special dinner for your loved ones in the quirky farmhouse-style kitchen area with coastal colours and a convenient washer/dryer. Gather around the wooden dining table and chairs to share a meal before moving to the lounge with a comfortable sofa and an armchair in front of the Smart TV and exposed stone inglenook fireplace with a wood burner. Up the steep cottage-style stairs is a separate WC plus two bedrooms â a double with an en-suite shower room and a single.
During your stay in Wells-next-the-Sea, youâll have a small number of eateries, a shop and a golf course within 0.5 miles. There is also a harbour where you can go on an adventure by boat and even rent a stand-up paddleboard. Start your day with a stroll along the Norfolk Coast Path (0.5 miles) to North Point Pools hiking area (1.5 miles). Explore the expansive Holkham National Nature Reserve (1.5 miles) where youâll find salt marshes and a pristine sandy beach. Holkham Hall estate is 2.5 miles away and is home to a tranquil lake, a deer park and historic landmarks.
