You'll be just over a mile from the beach when you spend your summer vacation at this sweet cottage in Wells. The best of Southern Maine is well within your reach here, from beautiful beaches and charming villages to incredible local seafood pulled right from the ocean.

This single-story home is conveniently located on a small lane off Route 1, with restaurants, shops, groceries, and all sorts of conveniences within blocks. When it comes to beaches, take your pick of Crescent Beach (one mile), Ogunquit Beach (just over two miles), or the beloved beaches of Kennebunkport (eight miles) to start. York, Kittery, and Portsmouth are all within a short, scenic drive as well.

Get up with the sun each morning, sip your first cup of coffee outside on the screened-in porch, and pull a fresh swimsuit and towel from the washer/dryer for a beautiful day at the beach. Upon your return, you'll be greeted by a charming kitchen with exposed wood beams, a breakfast bar where you can set out snacks and cold drinks, and a living room where you can stream movies and play board games late into the evening. Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
