The open-plan living area on the first floor features a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer, making it easy to whip up delicious meals after a day of adventure. Gather around the dining table to share an evening meal or unwind on the sofa in front of the TV, while taking in the beautiful countryside views through the large windows.



On the ground floor, you'll find the first two bedrooms, both doubles, with one offering direct access to the patio, where you can enjoy morning coffee while soaking in the garden views. There's also a convenient ground-floor shower room with a washing machine. Upstairs, the third bedroom, a cozy single, completes the accommodation, with a second shower room located nearby.



Outside, the patio is the perfect spot to relax on a summer's evening, and you may even spot some curious cattle grazing in the nearby fields. The barn includes private parking for up to two vehicles. One well-behaved dog is welcome, making this a fantastic choice for pet owners. Please note pets should not be left unattended in the home at any time.
