Melt away the stress of the day in one of our 5 luxurious bedrooms. Each room sports premium mattresses, high-quality crisp bedding, and lots of clothes storage, so no need to pack light! Our bedrooms and baths, like the rest of the property, are spotless and set us apart from many other vacation rentals.

Master Bedroom: Continue on into the Master bedroom which features a King size bed and Roku TV. Indulge yourself in the natural sunlight filtering through the plantation shuttered windows and large walk in closet allowing for a ton of storage and a completely remodeled sitting area and master bathroom walk in shower with rainfall shower. Please note the additional two sleeping options are fold up mattresses which are stored in the master closet.

Bedroom Two: Make you way to the second bedroom featuring a Queen size bed. Here you will have direct access to the pool and an unbelievable nights sleep with all brand new luxury linens.

Bedroom Three: Revel in the third bedroom where you arrive to a cloud of comfort. Featuring a Roku TV and a Queen size bed with soft sheets and a snuggly comforter that`ll make you never want to leave.

Bedroom Four: It`s all about making your stay feel like a warm hug – cozy and totally comfortable is the vibe in the fourth bedroom featuring a Queen size bed and Roku TV.

Bedroom Five: Accessed through the garage only you will find the fifth bedroom that features a set of twin over twin bunk beds, room for the entire crew!

Parking Instructions:
Driveway only no street parking no parties no events without event fee and previous approval based on reviews - garage is a game room and cannot be used for parking.

Events and Parties:
At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM. While the neighbors are aware of our rental, they tolerant of excessive noise and partying.

Pets:
While we cherish our furry friends, this home remains a pet-free haven and appreciate your understanding in keeping it an allergy free zone.

Game Room Amenities:
Ping pong table, full arcade table with two stools and board games with a washer & dryer and seating - two stools table and sofa with rugs.

Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.

(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.

(2) There is no street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.

(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $35 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.

(5) Trash - Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or around the house is subject to a $25 per bag for removal. Please make sure all trash is bagged and tightly secured inside the bins and the lids are shut tight. Any trash left inside the home will be subject to a fee.

(6) Barbecue- There is no propane service. Please clean the grill after using or a $50 grill cleaning charge

(7) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.

(8) Pool- Please do not urinate in the pool. Any damages, excessive mud, or glass found in the pool are subject to a $5000 fine in damages.

(9) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.

(10) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.

(11) No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside our cabins at any time (cigarette, cigars, hookah, and marijuana). Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home. Please be sure to dispose of all cigarette butts, any cigarette butts left in the backyard or anywhere on the ground will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee.

(12) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.
