The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home! Upon your arrival, you’ll enter the recently updated, open-concept kitchen and dining area. Gather your family around the rustic solid wood dining table and enjoy each other's company during dinnertime or family game night. The kitchen and dining areas flow into an airy living room where you’ll be able to enjoy fun for the whole family. Great for families, the spacious layout offers room for everyone to spread out or relax together.



On the first floor, you’ll find the main living space, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a primary bedroom accompanied by its own private screened-in porch with a wood stove and smart TV for quiet restful evenings.



The second floor has two bedrooms one with a queen bed, the other a passthrough bedroom with a full bed. There is also a shared full bathroom with tub/shower combination on the second floor. The ground floor offers yet more sleeping accommodations (two twin beds), plus a casual living space with a smart TV, pullout sofa and game table for board games that makes the perfect space for kids and teens.



Outdoors, you will discover a well-manicured garden and deck space for outdoor dining. There is also room for any and all yard games that you bring to the house. The yard is fully fenced as well, for added privacy!



The surrounding area is great for walking and running, and is very dog friendly. Set in a delightful neighborhood, abutting the Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary, this home is the place for rest, renewal and fun! In addition, there are many great restaurants, including The Block & Tackle (under a half-mile away) and the Cshore Kitchen and Bar just across route 6. Take a trip downtown and visit the shops, and enjoy the amazing views from Wellfleet Pier and Mayo beach.

The house was very clean upon arrival and much appreciated. And the house layout and furnishings are great. The neighborhood is private and quiet with a fenced in yard which was ideal for our small dog. There is no access for a long walk or a walk to a beach. Though the loop is nice for a short stroll. A dehumidifier would have helped with musty odor in the upstairs bedrooms. We have allergies and this was an issue. Proximity to Marconi beach is a plus!

Really enjoyed this property. The house was very comfortable. The only thing I would say is the wifi wasn’t great unless u stated in certain areas but overall a great place to rent.

The house is spacious, well equipped, and located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The fenced yard was a bonus and appreciated given that our English Bulldog accompanied us. We look forward to a return visit!

The house was spacious , clean and well-equipped. The fenced-in yard was wonderful for our pups. We will absolutely go back. My only complaint (which is minor) is the early (9:00) check out time.

Great Family House

This is a very welcoming and well appointed house . We had 3 generations and everyone was comfortable and had privacy. We appreciated the many thoughtful touches for children , a dog, and adults. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and worked very well. Del Mar Vacations also was attentive to minor issues and easy to reach.

Lovely Spot, Very Accommodating Hosts

This gracious vacation home provides many creature comforts for adults of all ages. Whether it is the game room in the basement designed for computer games or the surround sound TV in the family room, or the very well equipped modern kitchen, our gang of 8 adults along with a four legged friend enjoyed our week at Home Sweet Vaction immensely.
