This sweet cozy rustic cottage, part of the Brownie's cabins of Wellfleet, is centrally located near walking trails, the bike path, and about 2 miles from the Wellfleet village center. Two designated parking spaces plus visitor parking. The cottage is tucked quietly at the back of the complex.

Step into the sunny porch, wicker furniture, cottage-y wooden floors, walls and ceiling, this is truly Cape Cod cottage charm! The kitchen is newly renovated, with high ceilings and a contemporary island with two stools for sitting and visiting while the cook prepares the evening meal. There is also a breakfast nook, seating two others, so four people can dine comfortably in the cozy kitchen. And even cozier, the sitting area/bedroom has an L-shaped configuration to the two single beds, which doubles as a couch. There is a full bath with a shower stall and the second bedroom with a queen sized bed. Outside is a new enclosed shower.

This cottage is late to the market and the first time renting, so priced accordingly.

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels. There is also an additional cleaning fee of $100.
