The cabin had some quirks about. It mustâve been on an ant hill, as there was an extreme issue with ants. Cleanliness was less than desirable cobwebs everywhere dirty fan, not kept horribly as your toilets and areas were clean, but the overall cleanliness of the place was not desirable.
Nice quaint cabin built in 1939. Has everything you need for the kitchen. Very spacious fridge. Nice seating for the living room with a fireplace, tv and internet. Bedrooms are upstairs, bathroom downstairs. Lots of outdoor seating with propane grill.
Lovely cabin in a nice area close to Mt. Hood Village. The communication from the Meredith management group was good as well.
Here are a few notes:
1. Pay attention to the directions they give you, Google/Apple maps will not take you right to the house
2. The kitchen is well stocked and it is easy to cook in this house
3. The bathroom is really big and roomy, a luxury for a cabin like this
4. The door code was a little tricky to figure out, you need to hit * after the code you are given otherwise it won't open!
We really enjoyed our stay. I wish they wouldâve had dressers to put clothes in, or at least somewhere to put the suitcase besides the floor. The roof did leak over the bed and got the bed and pillows wet, so we moved to the other room.
