The Lodge at Welch - Little House

Summary:

Welcome to the Lodge at Welch!

Located close to downtown Welch putting you in the center of everything with short drives to dinning, grocery shopping, gas stations, and the car wash. Only minutes to access the Warrior trails and the Pinnacle trail connector. Home is completely renovated and you are sure to fell comfortable during your stay and can relax while you grill on the new spacious covered porch. There is plenty of gravel parking on premise for all guests vehicles.



The Space:

This home has just been completely renovated from top to bottom giving you a cabin theme throughout the home. In the lower part of the home guests can sleep up to 4 people (2 in one room and 2 on queen pullout couch) and up to 6 guests in the upper part (4 in one room and 2 on queen pullout couch). Both parts of the home have their own stocked kitchenette consisting of a 2 burner cook top, air fryer/toast oven, and microwave as well as a full bathroom which gives each other their own space during the trip. When its time for everyone to get together, the new large covered porch and covered patio offer great places for grilling and relaxing while you plan your ride out or when you come back from a long day of riding the trails.



Guest Access:

During you're stay, guest have full access to the home and furnishing with-in. There is wifi available and the login information will be provided to guest the day before check-in. Next to the home is a gravel lot that guest can park their trailers and vehicles. All ATV/UTVs can be parked in the driveway in front of the home or in the gravel lot as well.

Located in the heart of Welch with quick access to everything:

Car Wash - 1.8 miles

KFC - 1.8 miles

McDonalds - 1 mile

Pizza Hut - 0.8 mile

Save A Lot - 0.8 mile



Warrior Trail access - 1.9 miles

Pinnacle Trail access - < 1 mile

Winter Place Resort - ~1.5hr drive
